Working Visa

Both temporary and permanent visa options available for those who have an occupation on the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) or the Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL) and want to live and work in Australia both temporarily and permanently.

Visa requirements:

must have an occupation on one of the lists (qualification and/or work experience required)
must have obtained an English proficiency test (IELTS, PTE Academic, CAE, OET or TOEFL)
must have an eligible employer willing to sponsor you in the nominated occupation.

What this visa allows you to do:

work for your sponsoring employer in your nominated occupation in Australia
bring your family members (spouse and children) with you to Australia
your children can enrol at an Australian Government School.
